FOCSC Help Desk

The Foundation for Online Computer Security and Crime (FOCSC) is a registered non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing free and confidential help desk and support services to victims of online crime. As a volunteer with FOCSC, you will have the opportunity to help others by providing support and technical assistance via our help desk. In addition to providing support to victims, you will also have the opportunity to assist our team in developing educational materials and conducting research on online crime.

Victim Services:

As a volunteer with FOCSC, you will have the opportunity to work directly with victims of online crime. You will provide support and resources to help them recover from their experience and prevent future victimization. You will also have the opportunity to assist in the development of victim services programs and initiatives.

Research and Education:

FOCSC is committed to conducting research on online crime and developing educational materials to help the public better understand and protect themselves from these crimes. As a volunteer with FOCSC, you will have the opportunity to assist in these efforts by conducting research, writing articles, and developing educational materials.

Community Outreach:

FOCSC is dedicated to educating the public about online safety and security. As a volunteer with FOCSC, you will have the opportunity to participate in community outreach activities such as presenting at local schools and events, tabling at community events, and developing marketing and outreach materials.

Administrative:

As a volunteer with FOCSC, you will have the opportunity to assist with a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, customer service, and office maintenance.
